The Hybrid Aerial Underwater Robotic System
My Master's thesis to develop and implement path planning algorithms for a robotic water quality monitoring system. It is intended to help aquaculture farmers easily maintain appropriate water quality for their fish.
WinRo
OSU Mechanical Engineering capstone project to design and build a window sill cleaning robot. It didn't work great, but it was a fun project.
Quantum UAV
Send quantum encrypted messages to a drone for secure wireless communication. I worked on some of the control software for the sensor.
Gravitational Wave Detector
Detect gravitational waves from space using a convolutional neural network. It was a Kaggle competition entry with an .80 AUC score. We didn't win.
Tumor Cell Extravasation Simulation
Receptor ligand kinetics were used to simulate how a tumor cell sticks to and moves through blood vessel walls. Experimental measurements of zero-force unbinding constants were used to validate the model.
